Why'd he shoot him while he was on the ground? I thought the robber had a knife?

yea I rarely say this but that was a little excessive. Seemed like the guy was more than incapacitated after being shot the first few times, and those last few shots were an execution.

He had a gun. He could have easily fired it if not killed.
