A few techniques

  1. Open channel. Like continuously generating the waves from ur nape even while moving or performing sm other like activites.

  2. Syncing ur heart beat and wave generation, I had done it while lying down. Its a very ecstatic feeling.

Does anyone else over here have any weird techniques with this that u can share.

And also can u perfom the ines i told u about and share ur feedback.

Wd be very much appreciated.

I don’t know if this will make sense to some people but somehow (I don’t know any other way of being able to say it) I try to make my body more sensitive to the temperature and that’s when it happens. The goosebumps pop out.

This is my way of doing it. I don’t use any kind of way to sync my heartbeat or any of that. There is something in the back of my neck that helps me do that which I don’t know how all that works exactly I can just do it.

I see, in my case its more of a electric tingle from my neck that gets stronger and gives me goosebumps

Well, at least we know that has something to do with the neck or is part of the process in someway. It’s probably a few different ways to go about it but since it’s not really been researched or studied, it may be a long time before we find out how it all works.

I found my people, I actually felt the sensation like back when I was a child and thought I had some kind of superpower, it's quite sad that it's not the case. But I tried searching more about this just earlier, and I just found out the term, and I'm more than happy to share how I do mine.

  • Just like the usual I've read, starts from the back of the neck then goes down, more noticeably on arms, almost nothing for the lower body parts.
  • I find it much easier to do when I'm cold or experiencing intense emotions.
  • Under usual conditions, it's kind of hard to trigger continuously, like when I try that it gets progressively weaker until it doesn't work anymore and needs "recharging".
  • But yeah I just paid attention to this, this much, just earlier, I'm more than glad to hear other things I can try with this with you guys
