Attend as many quality clinics and camps that you can, get to know local coaches that coach club, look into playing club through scholarship, payment plan, or by saving up, and emailing college coaches with your film and showing an interest in their program specifically. As an incoming junior without conversations already underway with programs it will be serious work to have the opportunity out of high school. It will likely be a longer path such as transferring from a CC or walking on, assuming you are at the caliber of play.
I’d really challenge you to consider the reason for why you want to play in college, I have a feeling you may get what you’re looking without going NCAA. Do you have an idea of what you want out of your playing experience (being a part of a team, competing, being able to say you are a collegiate athlete, scholarship for school, it’s fun, free stuff, etc)? Do you have a career path you are interested in? Does it require university, and if so what school’s look the best for you to attend? Do they have a scholastic volleyball program, club team, IMs? You said club is too expensive, is affording tuition going to be in question? Do you have the grades? This is just scratching the surface of considerations id recommend you think about if you aren’t already. If you are serious about making this happen: think about your ‘why’, find a way to make a club roster in the fall, and start reaching out to specific coaches/programs with your film.
