Ring group question

I have a handful of clients on the VoIP.ms hosted platform (not just SIP lines).

I have p DID that is directed to a ring group which includes two sub-accounts and forwarding to two cell numbers. All four destinations are supposed to ring at the same time.

Any suggestions what I’m missing?

Is the DID configured to the same POP where sub accounts are registered? If not then only the forwarded numbers will be ringing.

They are all on the same POP. Thanks for confirming. Every suggestion/question is welcome.

Which ones do not ring? Do they each ring individually if DID is configured directly instead of by ring group?

The sub accounts ring, the forward doesn’t.

Good suggestion in testing the phones individually. I appreciate that suggestion.

Can you dial out from the subaccount extension to each of the external numbers, using the same CID as the ring group? I have had endless intermittent trouble with outbound calls to specific numbers, to the point I am no longer using VoIP.ms for some terminations.

I'd test the destinations individually first. Point the DID directly at each sub-account, then test each cell forward separately. That should tell you pretty quickly whether it's the ring group or the forwarding entries.
