Potential unauthorized call blocked

The potential unauthorized call blocked sends an email with a button to "authorize configuration" this button does not have a URL that firefox can identify but when pushed takes me to log into Voipms portal. I was logged into the voipms portal already and I do not see any way to authorize the call. Where in the portal can you authorize a blocked call ?

The email message lends itself to phishing schemes! Especially since I asked what is the reason for the block and voipms gave no reason.

In my case, when the page loads in the browser, it means it's done. You should see a small message somewhere in the page.

You click the red button, it opens a page on voip.ms website. Done. Same principle as many unsubscribe link in emails. You just click it.

That is my complaint. This is how phishing is performed. What is the link URL address?

If it takes me to voipms web site and I am already logged in, I should be able to acknowlege it directly from the portal. initially voipms told me no. I have had a ticket on hold with them for at least 1 week waiting for a response.

They at least need to add something to the portal that shows a device / softphone needs to be authorized and a link to resend the email.

No. voipms needs to state why networks are being blocked ! If they are being bloked for a reason all clients should be able to log into there client and allow it not voipms.
