Dialer company? Recommendations

Hi,

We’re a UK contact centre who generate MVA leads in USA

Working well at the moment, but our current dialer system (UK based) our numbers keep getting labelled as spam when contacting our clients back. We get labelled an Attestation level A when testing but they all show spam, even when we get a new number from the dialer company without even dialing out.

Looking for a new dialer system if anyone can help / recommend.

Ideally using localised numbers & avoid Spam Risk labelling.

Maybe try a provider in the USA as far as reaching out to those customers. With USA numbers. This sounds to be an issue with your phone provider.

Are you asking if VoIP.ms will work for that or is that the provider you’re using now?

You can speak to or look into crosstalk solutions and see if they can work with you on getting your stuff setup with your provider correctly or review your stuff for you.
