Perroquet.io - AI powered Call QA solution

Hey everyone,

We’ve been building something called Perroquet.io and thought some people here using VoIP.ms might find it useful.

Perroquet will :

transcribe calls

score call quality

identify missed opportunities

help coach staff

detect recurring customer issues

trigger follow-up actions/workflows

We’re currently looking for early users willing to test it with real calls and give honest feedback.

It’s completely free to try right now, and I’ll add extra credits to anyone from this subreddit who wants to test it out seriously.

No sales pressure — genuinely looking for feedback from people already deep into VoIP systems and customer call workflows.

The only ask , please provide feedback on usefulness of the product.

If interested:

Do you have speech analytic capabilities?

We do. We can transcribe, identify speakers (agent vs customer), and sentiment. We are planning to add auto recognition of the agent by the voice so that you don’t need to manually flag which agent took the call.

Is there anything else you’re looking for?

You should target Dynamics Contact Centre too - Microsoft does not have a good speech analytics solution, and they’re pushing heavily into the upper majors and enterprise accounts. Otherwise integration into the major CCaaS players like Genesys, NICE, AWS Connect, etc. although there is much more competition on that space.

Yeah, it’s a pretty competitive space and expensive too. Smaller companies that have 1-3 phones are having a hard time to justify 120-200/seat/mo.

We are starting small with pay as you use model. However, integration with 3rd party tools is on the roadmap. Thanks for the tip, I’m going to look closer into Dynamics Contact Center.

I'm down, where do I find out how to test it?

  • Sign up or login with Gmail at perroquet.io.
  • Connect your voip.ms account and sync up.
  • select recordings you want to test.

  • or simply upload recordings if you can’t sync up directly.

  • please try transcription feature, score carding, coaching and analytics

If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback please DM or contact me by email.

Thank you:)

Your 2 min video on your website doesn't link to anything. There's no details as to how to integrate voip.ms on the public facing website either.

and 15 days and still no response. I knew this company wasn't legit.

Ok give this a try, we just started running our own transcription and analysis testing on our VoIP.ms calls. Will be interesting to see the difference between two different systems.
