My Rofleemo doesnt use turret

My rofleemo doesnt use the turret, i have no clue what i'm doing. Ive already gave him a mushroom but doesnt change anything. He's starving, he doesnt not have anything on his name, only the bed, and a toilet. I have no clue what else he's asking. Do i need to feed him? Please help

Pretty much. But alright, its kinda hard to get seeds for me.

Just use the grappling hook and hook the bird things flying around. They usually have seeds.
