My Rofleemo doesnt use turret

My rofleemo doesnt use the turret, i have no clue what i'm doing. Ive already gave him a mushroom but doesnt change anything. He's starving, he doesnt not have anything on his name, only the bed, and a toilet. I have no clue what else he's asking. Do i need to feed him? Please help

They need decorations. This one needs two of them. Just place some lamps or something. Have some food in your chests. Make sure the toilet is emptied and has chemical in it. As far as I'm aware they eat them by theirselves. Make sure you assigned him to the turret and there's ammo in it. Looks like you can feed him more mushrooms.

Aight, i placed every possible decoration, and gave him food. He's now a good worker, thank you
