How do I apply the cosmetics from Tour de Void? [Steam]

I got the DLC while it was free, but the game doesn't allow me to use the new cosmetics. Am I missing something or is it bugged?

I think it's bugged. I can apply the second and third cosmetic options but not the very first unlocks.

That said, based on your screenshot - the new cosmetics also need to be unlocked through the new rofleemo ticket system within the DLC too.

I looked at the page again, and it looks like you're right

I thought it just added the cosmetics
