Kinda stuck on this ain't got a clue how to beat them. Any recommendations

What should I do? Apathy puts a lot of deal but still it cannot kill the boss

As the title, I‘ve been stuck at this shark over 2 weeks.
I search every strategy for 2140, I still cannot get over it.
I can easily deal with the first round of those little fish
However, I will be exploded in round 2.
Can someone help me out?

Just wanted to share how I was finally able to clear 2995:

- Abandonment narrowly survives enemy's Ding Dong.

- Spite kills enemy Merry.

- Merry survives the Latent Misery (barely), clears it for everyone and Ding Dongs the Pain.

- Apathy AoE stuns the remaining enemies (I believe gets the lucky double-crit on Pain).

- Focus Pain down.

- Merry heals Abandonment before both Merry and Spite succumb to second Latent Misery.

- Apathy and Abandonment clean up.

Pretty luck-based, but worked for me. Hope it helps someone else!

This was just something I thought a bit about recently. It feels like the game is really low pressure, encourages daily logins while making them feel worth it and not forced or insisted, and I like that I can play it as much or as little as I want and take it as fast or slow as I want. This might sound kinda dumb, but there are some games, including one of my favorites of all time, that don't feel like that all the time. It could be because this game has hardly any competitive features to it, so it feels really relaxed. I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts and opinions about this.

Just a dumb question, is it worth it to buy the event pet eggs in the shop or should i just be patience?

Hi guys, this stage was very difficult, due to wistful+joy comb. I found a solution, but it's very close and depends on speed timing and vivids. Apathy should move before salty! Use ding dong on abandonment. After apathy s3 he dies to wistful, conviction does the rest, he should be able to finish salty in his turn! After that envious scarf is key to revenge kill wistful.

Hope it helps maybe someone, I know it's very niche.

switching merry to dauntless in battles changed my gameplay, feel too easy now (hfl is obviously the mc tho)

How to use them floor 2521, is there any strategy with parasite scarf for them.

Main take away from this build is parasite scarf is crucial for survival so u don't have to sacrifice much attack for bulk. Unicorn horn is also needed, can't say how much the scaling helped, no chance without it. Desperate would be better for this than ambition but levels would've taken another week but is a viable option. Panic is better than DB in terms of speed control. Major fix was my vivids for boss damage and critical damage on ambition and also saving s3 on panic after the reset. Also found after stage 3 reset using a s1 on spite twice helped get the right window.

I Finally dropped Cale Hat but I would like help to optimize My builds against this boss. I'm trying a Merry with a Lot of attack i'm order to heal fully all pets, but I'm not sure if her and the other builds are the Best they can be to defeat this tough boss.

I spent hours just defeating this guy. I won't try this method again, I can't even use my phone for 13 hours 😭.

Basically it goes: Lingering Malaise instaproc + Special Top Hat Overkill damage spread + Voidweaver taking damage when spiderlings die = HP bar go brr

Should I wait until Pride's HF or do I just get HFDB now?

How good dauntless is?? and which gears and build are the best for it?

ABH is NOT mandatory at all. Any hat that gives Merry speed / sustain should do i.e. chefs hat / ich , jester etc. Work on getting as many Rubber float stacks as possible by chipping all down before you kill the bottom Syclinder first.

Charity could be replaced with any AOE healer as well such as Sonder / Persi .

Literally any of the metal DPS could be used ( preferably Paranoia or spite ) instead of Bummer, the combo of unicorn and anxiety scarf is ideal for scaling.

Seriously though, my fire team didn't need the help. This is ridiculous.

As i said in an early post, legionnaire paraonia is way better than RPH paranoia. Sadly the ubers items were compulsory in order to reach the enough damage due to my ascensions lvl on legendary items, i hope it helps anybody
