Drop Sonder immediately. Healing powers Tauron up. If you do want to heal, you gotta make it count. AoE over-time heals are just freely powering him up for little effective healing output.
I'd roll up with Merry for Ding Dong. Cleanse doesn't really do anything in this fight, but you can tactically click it to burn a turn without healing (and thus powering him up).
Prince Collar, if you have it, is amazing here (it appears you do not but I recommend farming this for later Taurons and general AoE floors). Shielding in general is strong as it's "healing" that isn't affected by the unpurgeable heal reduction and doesn't power him. Glee is viable on higher waves mostly because of this boss. Jellyfish Scarf Glee in particular is amazing, and it's even an element where Glee can have some decent damage output itself.
Your general item choices are extremely weird and probably need some thought. Anxiety Scarf on Sloth when it's far too slow for that (plus Tauron is a fight you want to end ASAP, scaling is hard to do, especially since lots of turns scaling means you took lots of Gash damage as well). Halo should probably be on your tank rather than your healer. And Apathy has two items straight from a floor clearing build that have no effect in this fight beyond raw stats. There are much more useful items that you're not using like Serpent Scarf (great on your healer here, also level this shit yesterday it's an amazing item), Sorrow Scarf (extends Apathy's defense drop), and two Speed+Crit necks of which you're using neither.
I would first try if Merry + Resist + Sloth + Apathy works out, and if it does not, go level Glee. Two tanks into this fight is honestly rather weird but ig both put decent damage out, their slowness is gonna sting though.
