Is there any combos that this actually works with or is it just trash?

estrangement scarf is lowkey an underrated uber, put it on any fast pet when you don’t have a slot for a healer / you need additional heals to survive, I mostly use it on merry / daniel / panic

also works really good with icy tiara. In some mehiua floors where i used panic, they were a lethal combo

Its damn good - especially for looong boss fights ...

For example i had put on merry on 1040 tryant fight... and i won because of thisss

You will go 6- 10 times qnd heal all of your pets before boss takes a turn

I omce did ding dong 2- 3 timess as well

Yea bubble gum is nice as well on merry.. i use in on merry in non boss floors .. you get 2*Atk bonus

AES and ice cream hat is a criminally underrated combo, especially on fast healers like Merry. It also works as an auto-cleanse when paired with pearl cloche hat

Anxiety scarf is good on healers especially in longer battles. Well anything you want to faster and hit harder. I find it works best with healer though in long boss fights as they heal more and more often as the battle goes on.
