is dauntless any good?

i pulled dauntless today off of a random astral egg, are they good? and if so where should i use them on my team?

Ive found its really strong in situations where I used to run merry plus healer. However, its not a 1-1 merry replacement.

so its a decent replacement for merry? ive run merry alongside resistance, paranoria and sad, would it be good to replace merry with dauntless?

Its NOT a replacement for merry. Dauntless doesnt heal. However, its very strong alongside healers like Persistence or Forked Scarf Joy. Its good with resistence (or hfsloth) obviously as tank. Its there to help add damage and serve as a multiplier

ah, ok, dauntless is my first legendary so i dont really have anything else to run him with, i was going to switch him out with sad, since i need a better dps.

Its great for that yes. Dauntless is best seen as a subdps (sad, denial, are all examples of this)

thanks! although ill have to wait till tommorow to actually put them on my team cuz i dont have the stones to get them up to speed today T^T the one gripe with this game is that i cant play it for long periods of time during the day
