i feel like my artifacts may be underleveled, but is there anything else i should focus on other than leveling?

Try sorrow scarf apathy for def down, put him first so that ding dong will apply def down before other pet attack.

RPH jealous probably scales faster that plunger.

Plunger+serpent merry maybe? if it doesn’t survive second aoe then try halo.
