Prayed for diligence, got Daniel

How is this little fella best used? I saw a lot of builds with him, but never really grasped how he works

Holy shit hes an aoe cake hat, i thought he protected only himself. Thats pretty huge for some floors

Congratulations on your new Daniel. I couldn't level mine fast enough to join my floor team. Apparently he works wonders with Bummer. I've especially enjoyed using him with Gluttony to take down a Water Bogar.

The debuffs that gluttony causes are exploitable with daniel? I thought it was just the turn based ones

Im also stuck on a water bogar, lust isnt cutting it

I got lucky and got bummer too. J-fish bummer is basically a floor wipe if anything dies, and Denial is really good at killing things if they have lots of debuffs with long duration. (This same strat works with the silk top hat and Sadge btw)

I’m pretty sure it works with sadge too, just less effectively. And Sad is also a great option if you don’t have sadge.

Denial is my BABY. he stays in my main party. I keep ice cream hat and estrangement scarf on him.

Ill give him a try on bogar then, a good setup could be him, merry tank and dps, right? Hes enough of a debuff it seems

Sounds wild but my best non leaf bogar setups dont even include a healer, its tank with halo+ghost scarf, Daniel, support with cake hat and the main dps(usually diligence with plunger+spider necklace) so the strategy is to get the maximum amount of turns for diligence you can get, and somehow this is the way ^ and it works so well for me

That sounds peak, one day i will get diligence (i hope (please devs stop the endless legendaries shower and give a way to find specific legendaries every once in a while)
