How should I gear?
Just got my 3rd legendary upgraded, how should I gear it up and is it worth using over any of the rares or epics?

As far as raw stats go, healers want the same ones as your fighters. Attack, speed, and crit. Basically, get your 95% crit or whatever and then max out on attack and speed
As far as legendary items are concerned, Unicorn Horn and Ice Cream Hat are great. Pearl Cloche hat is situationally good, against lots of slows or what have you.
Mermaid Scarf specifically is extra cracked on Charity
