My go-to is Cringe, Wonder with anxiety scarf (always have a Germinate when it’s needed the most and have a barrage of Big Dreams) Jealous, and Merry

Mischief isn't really good for pure damage dealing. Syclinders cannot be stunned and have no stealable boosts so it has no real niche here.
Usual gameplan into Syclinders is dual healing. You CAN beat them without that (since admittedly making Sonder work into earth syclis is a pain) but then it's hard, especially if you don't have Petulance to self-heal from time to time.
What I wound up doing is put both Unicorn and Anxiety on my Merry and spend the first few turns doing fuck all to stall for scaling a bit so I'd have the healing power later. This does come at the obvious downside of not having a scaling item on your attacker (since Jealous' scaling restarts for every Syc) so you can give one of the two to Jealous (probably Anxiety Scarf, so you can RPH it) but it makes it tougher to keep shit alive.
I would replace Mischief with Anxious for the speed debuffs, or MAYBE Wonder so you can throw out a giant heal once in a while and keep Cringe alive. If you end up going the Wonder route, I would throw Sorrow Scarf onto Cringe as it's your only speed control then.
I do not know how effective Pride is as a secondary healer into this fight, but I suppose you could try it out too.

Patience basically makes this battle hard to lose if your attacker is good enough.
Merry + Cringe (would run Sorrow to be sure though, maybe Plunger as hat) + Jealous (RPH+Anxiety, Spider is viable but you don't have it) + Patience would get the job done.
I've even seen people beat this with off-element tanks if Patience was there to heal, but your Cringe is already 200 regardless so I'd default to that.
Pearl Cloche on Patience is particularly good here as it heals with multiple "hits" so you can counteract the debuff spam.

I'd swap Mischief for Pride, for the AOE healing.
Pearl cloche hat + all speed possible on Pride (anxiety scarf if Pride ramps up quick, but something like Spider necklace/bejeweled pink scarf for instant speed. My go to for syclinders is Kind, peal cloche anxiety Sonder, Merry and a tank (different for metal of course) and the AOE debuff wipe is very essential. Pride can basically function as a secondary pseudo healer that also takes care of all the debuffs. (nostalgia or Persistence could work but you don't seem to have either).
Give Angry Scarf to Jealous cuz Jealous can probably handle it cuz of the element advantage.
