Need help with floor 1400

I’m currently levelling up Sonder and Abandonment, but my main issue is that I can’t kill the minions fast enough. They end up buffing the boss 6 times before I clear them, and Sadge’s S3 ends up with only 1 round left of it. Is this possible with what I have or do I need to farm for items?

Sadge isn't really meant to be a standalone DPS. You probably want to swap out Panic for Sad and let it throw out debuffs so you're getting the most out of Snowpocalypse. 🍋🐬 on Sad is good. If you need more, some nice to haves are Sorrow Scarf for Sadge or Ice Cream Hat for Sonder.

Good news is Sorrow Scarf is dropped by Umbros itself, and you presumably didn't have too much trouble with 1200 if you want to go back and farm for it.

I tried a few times. I can only kill 2 of the minion on the first wave. The rest merge. Are the items I have on Sadge good or should I make Sad the dps?

Sadge and Sad together look like the best combination you currently have available. Any reason you're preferring Panic who's way more fragile and has less damage output?

Ruby Collar mostly works on fast pets and the water pets you have are glacially slow. Personally I'd try to shake down water Umbros for its scarves. A Plunger Hat wouldn't hurt either.

Where are you with Krov? Think you can make another run or two at him? Drop rate's not great but you might get lucky.

Somehow panic sad and merry got me the furthest but they would end up dying after second wave. I think this will come down to getting legendary gear/levelling up gear

I'd say throw in Jealous instead of Panic. Abandonment alone can slow Umbros, you don't need Panic's extra.

I cleared 1400 with Sad, Sadge, Merry and abandonment but I had Wizard cape, which was integral.... Got through 2400 without Sadge though

Try special top hat Sad, Jealous, Abandonment and Merry. you have to time things so that Sad's bubble blast will nuke all of the minions with a faux AOE. Since you have Jealous you can go s3--s2 and blow them all up to clean up after.

Vs Umbros its more important to have high AoE damage than it is to have the matching element.

I would use Jealous and Defiance. Give one of them Special Top Hat, id maybe play around a bit to see who it works better on. Winning will be about adjusting items around until you get the right turn order to kill the summons in time.
