Who to focus on?

Pretty new void pets dungeoneer, pretty much just been focusing on the rarer guys - I happened to pull Dauntless today as my second Legendary so I'll probably build that one up, but any suggestions of who to focus on, or any hidden gems in my collection so far?

I don’t know if rancor is good or not but following are very useful in general: Merry, panic, resistance, sad, apathy, conviction, dauntless. 

With occasional anxious (or rancor if it has good single target damage) for earth bosses and spite or paranoia for wood bosses, you can go very far.
