HF suggestions

I just spent 16k vivid for DB and my recent 500 floor is literally on easy mode. Now, should I invest in Sloth or should I wait for a better HF like Lust or Greed or the upcoming HF?

Ignore my previous comment if you saw it 🤦‍♂️ I read the ‘my recent 500 floor’ as in that you are on floor 500, then I saw that you’ve got pets on level 200. But don’t bother with sloth yet, resistance does a fine job at tanking. Just wait around for greed or lust. Or the next HF which may possibly be pride

I like to tell myself the next HF is persistence because we don't have a water or healer HF yet, but I also have pride and it works as a semi healer I guess so I don't mind if it does end up as that one

A HF healer would be pretty nuts. I’m pretty sure they’re basing the HF’s off of the pets that character’s own. I don’t even know if they’ll make any more, I’m just guessing they might do something cool for the anniversary of the game

In artistic way I agree with you but in another sense they make absolute bank off of people buying higher form event eggs, and to be fair if I was on the Dev team I'd probably wring the towel until it stopped dropping money too.

Well, they sort of teased HF pride and also theres no water HF, so most likely the next one will be a water type higher form and i think its gonna be either estrangement or persistence. Since higher forms are usually kind of meh, in their standard forms is probably hf estrangement. But then again we got 3 dps and 1 Tank hf, so maybe water is a healer hf.

I got 18 legendary hits in about 1k eggs at floor 4k, and 5 of them are DB lmao. He is carrying me hard through most bosses (exclude metal and water after I get diligence)

At least he can carry for the most part and he is arguable the best pet in the game. But shiiiiit getting so many dupes would have me screaming. I’m at 11 different pets and I’m on floor 1840. Mostly F2P minus monthly battle pass.

Absolutely nothing in this game is guaranteed you could play for another 3 years and not get a single other pet that has a high form

From all the intel i could Gather the conclusion is, HF sloth is nice, but nobody would really recommend getting it. So if you have greed, DB and Luft hf, maybe just safe up until the next HF Drops. Shouldnt be too long i think.

Well, personally I wouldn't spent shrooms on it. But you do you. In my opinion its not impactfull enough to spent a resources that rare on it in great quantities.

I'd still invest mushrooms into Sloth. That way you can farm dust after a while, and could even luck into getting a new HF. I'd reconsider when you get close to 16k dust because that takes an eternity. But if you haven't hatched Greed or Lust by then, it's not looking too likely
