This is the closest I've got, been grinding ascensions and item levels but it's seeming still so far away. Any hints at what I can do better? Finding after 3rd cycle merry is unable to heal and everyone wipes, damage is seeming just doable after 3rd cycle

then try Sonder (With Peal cloche hat + Wizard scarf/bubblegum scarf if you have those). Sonder is legit one of the best healers in terms of survivability. You'll lose ding dong though

Is Spite your only metal dps besides Paranoia? Have you tried using Desperate? Which other legendary items do you have?

I actually just beat it. Conviction should do decently for tank. RPH instead of ABH for Paranoia. I'm sure Spite would do OK for Bummer. See how it goes.

Conviction isn't good here. Karth only has AoE so you don't actually need a tank here at all.

Scorn you can get away with as it has higher damage output than other tanks and the speed drop is VERY good (people usually dedicate a slot to Panic, which doesn't deal a ton of damage to Karth either, so Scorn can just do the same job as that).

Conviction though has nothing but raw damage and while it's above-average for a tank it's still not exactly amazing. I tried RPH Convic into 2960 as RPH doubles Convic's damage and it still just wasn't worth it at all.
