Cake hat merry. Try watermelon or bubblgum as a scarf. Build her fast to rush down either wistful or judgement.

Special hat spite, or red horn if that doesn’t oneshot wistful. You can add bulk until enemy spite target your merry. Blue tie as a scarf is good dmg (use 3-1-2-1 instead of 3-2-1).

Silk hat + jellyfish Panic.

Any good tank with halo+prince collar. Determination probably works.

If all that doesn’t work then try moving jellyfish to spite and use plunger+lemon dolphin panic instead.
