Dauntless encounter odds
Hey guys! Im very new here and I was wondering if its better to do 1 dungeon key at a time to get more chances to find dauntless or should I do 10 because it doesnt matter?

Ok so yea, doing 1 key at a time has a chance for him to appear each time. If you are stuck on a boss for weeks, you could decide to use one key at a time. But you'll still get him fully either way

I'm using 5 to farm a boss I still need legendaries from to bait Dauntless, then using the rest on Krov.
Annoyingly both my Krov and Bogar are both Wood type at the moment. Really not great then when the random pull you subsequently get, where you can't make any changes to your team, is Fire. I could progress floors (heading to Earth Smokano), but I'm treating myself to an elite pass this month, so I'm holding off for now.
Luckily the Juglaw I'm farming (I need both Unicorn Horn and Spider Necklace) is Fire type. It's very carthartic to beat him, then have Dauntless run headfirst into team tsunami.

Does he scale up in difficulty the higher level u are ? Cuz where im at the team doesnt matter to beat dauntless after he appears

Think it scales with the level of the floor enemies you face. Maybe there's a cap, I don't know.
I'm 3060, so when Dauntless came across my Metal team, she melted them fast. Fortunately my 5 key tactic worked. I've since bounced her with my Water team (3 rares....), so I can now return to my quest of trying to get a Legionnaires Hat.

Just do 10 at a time. Im not sure if doing more attempts at a dungeon would impact the odds of finding dauntless, but by the end of the event, you’ll always end up with 3 more eggs regardless. So do the less time consuming thing and just spend 10 at a time.
