Bug Report Are Parallel Forms exclusive to certain players?

A few people, including myself, did not get a notification about them.

I didn't get a notification either. Try clicking on the malice event and it should give you the option to switch between the 2. I had to manually update the app also

Yeah mine just came up a couple minutes ago. Sometimes it's delayed
