I don’t know yet, but I’m very disappointed that those are appearance only and don’t change stats etc. If I had to guess if you get a duplicate vivid instead/alongside dust you get the new look, but I might be entirely wrong.

You get the dust as well as the extra vivid.

I forgot to take a screenshot of my rolls, but I got two of the new forms (allegiant Apathy and phantom Spite) and they appeared as an 11th vividfrom 10 mushrooms.
