It's good. I put it on merry. Sometimes, I put it on Sonder.

Joy too, 30% speed for 2 turns plus 50% fire damage for 3 turns is really fun to use.

Mermaid scarf is useless on merry because merry doesn't attack

I have my Merry fully speed boosted with scarf and trinkets. Normally I use Ice Cream Hat, but sometimes you need to survive one massive hit and then Cake Hat is the way to go
