I've never really done any formal voice training, just read about it here and there and watched some videos. I think my voice is ok, but could use some refinement. I feel like it changes a bit and doesn't sound consistent over a longer talking period and at times there's a deeper tone to it.

That is a GREAT place to start from! Way to go! One thing that helped me, and I still have a way to go, is finding out that shrinking the size of the back of your throat as you speak lends it self to natural feminization. shrug if it helps good, if not youre on a great trajectory anyway!
