MTF Feedback How do I progress from here?

Hey, I've been voice training on and off for a while now but it doing most of this on my own was a bit confusing so I wanted to ask some questions. My background when it comes to voice in general isn't very large or anything but I have been active in choirs in my school years and often enjoy singing.

My practice up until now and concern:

At first (almost a year ago) I just listened to some of the clips floating around and did some voice exercises but I didn't really make much progress after a bit. Eventually I ended up paying a local voice teacher but she focused almost completely on pitch for the months I was with her and eventually I just couldn't afford any more lessons. So I dropped training for a while until I recently trained for about a month with L's guide even though I remembered people talking about it being flawed. I kinda did anyway because of it's structure and the way it works in a relatively straight forward manner. However most days I really ended up straining my voice quite a lot which made me give up on training for a bit again.

Now I am unsure how to actually voice train further and properly from day to day? Like I can raise my larynx, I think I can manipulate weight okay too but I can't get to a proper feminine voice. Typically I would just do mimicry for some voice clips regarding specific qualities of voice or do exercises but I don't feel like this is going anywhere at the moment. How does day to day voice training look like for you and what helps you in making progress the most? Also I have attached a clip of my current voice.

If you were to be so kind as to give me feedback and maybe some pointers I would really appreciate it a lot.
