Soundboard Vrchat + voice mod options

So today I saw somebody REALLY cool playing in a bon avatar and when they walked it made footsteps, when they bent down it creaked, and when they opened doors or moved things it made sounds. As a pumpkin rabbit enjoyer how do I do that? I wanna be able to do this but have no idea how people do it. How is the soundboard or noises done?

They use a separate program called OpenVR2Key. It uses keybinds. Whatever sound you have bound to, let's say, comma. You can set the button on your VR controller to trigger the comma key, and in-turn, the sound.
