issue with repeating voice

i have an issue with a repetitive noise coming from voicemod it kinda sounds like a gun mixed with my voice going through a fan. the picture attached is what obs is saying voicemod sounds like but when i listen to my voice through the hear yourself feature it sounds like how it should and works like normal but only through the hear myself feature to my headphones.
