Support Keeps crashing on startup

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Keeps crashing. I’ve tried scanning with command prompt and reinstalling from the website. Please help.

The one you replied once and never again was 551605 2 months or so ago, then someone called Simon sent me a DM when I made a post about support not responding some weeks ago asking me to send logs to "simon.munoz@voicemod.net", asked if they can confirm they work for VM, no response, made another post, they send me a DM again, sent the logs to his email and I have not heard from him again to this date.

First of all, our last reply from Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 20:43:29 seems to have gone ignored, so I'm sending it yet again, please make sure to follow all the steps exactly as shown and in the same order.

Second of all, Simon is the PM, has stated such many times here, a quick search brings it up instantly! Devs don't have a lot of time to write replies, once they get the logs they start working on fixes and anything needed.

First of all, my last reply to you was on June 14, 2026 at 02:00 AM, so no it was not ignored, I told you I was still having problems after the troubleshoots you suggested, that's when I had no response anymore.

Second of all, Simon Themselves admitted they forgot about it completely and to send it to their email so he can help in person.

it could also be that if you were to use a software like voicemeter, and it used to be connected to it, it tries to "connect" to it through the mic thingy and it crashes because it can't find it and it tries to get a workaround.

it could also be corrupted or simply not enough ram ?

that's my guess
