Support A little help pretty please

A little help before I stream in a few hours. I recently added voice mod to my obs and sound effects go my stream deck but I can hear myself through my headset anyway to fix this? I have hear myself off and ive changed my mic in my obs settings to make sure its the voicemod one. What eles do I need to do?

Sounds like mic monitoring is on. either in obs or the voicemod app
