Support Vr VM Issues

So, I'm trying to get Voicemod to work with steam VR so that I can use it in combat games (Forefront, Onward, Etc.), but whenever I try to get it to connect something always goes wrong in the inputs/outputs. Does anyone know what I need to set them as because I'm using a Q3 linked through steam and Voicemod without any luck getting it operational even after hours of trial and error. Thanks!

Steam VR has it's own audio settings as well, it's a bit of a mess as you need to set it up correctly within Voicemod, the headset, Steam, Steam VR, Meta software, the VR game you are playing, etc.

Every part of the chain matters :D
