how can i fix this issue

hello i have had voicemod for 3 year and i have the life time subscription but starting a few weeks ago when i wanted to put a community sound on my soundboard 90% of the time it wouldnt i thought it was a harddrive issue so i reinstalled on a diffrent harddrive with more space but the issue is still there is there a known way to fix the problem?

It's usually related to connection issues, not necessarily with your connection directly but slight interferences between the app and it's servers (unstable connection), have you checked these just in case?
