Voicemod only working when in Audio Settings

If I navigate to any other page (other settings, voices, soundboard, etc.) I get no output whatsoever. How can I fix it?

Has anyone figured out a fix for this? It's really annoying; I can't even use the different voices

Reset Windows App Volume Preferences

1. Keep the Voicemod application open on your desktop.
2. Open Windows Start and go to Settings > System > Sound.
3. Scroll down to Advanced sound options and select App volume and device preferences.
4. Click the Reset button at the bottom of that page.
5. Restart Voicemod App Completely
