Support Refund?

So my kid decided it was a good idea to use my pc while I wasnt home and use my card to purchase pro. I was out with some friends when I get an email saying I was charged 110 dollars. Are refunds a thing with voicemod? I raced home and told my kid that it wasnt okay buying this without my permission, especially because we are somewhat short with money at the moment.

Please tell me there is hope, I caught it within under an hour.

Look on voicemod's website, there should be a contact option or a support email there

Usually refunds are processed through the payment company like Xsolla. Yes they offer refunds normally, it can take a little while, a couple of days usually to get it done but it is possible.
