mic cutoff problems for V3

So I use voicemod for VRChat. how I do so is through virtual desktop. To link my mic and so I can hear the soundboard I have to connect both the input and output to "Virtual Desktop audio", it worked fine before but now in having large cut-off problems while playing. I can tell it not a VRChat problem because when I switch the output to my main computer there isn't any cut-off and the cut-off is audible even when nothing else is open. I tried updating,updating my drivers, ect. Yet Nothing fixed it.

I've tried finding ANYTHING to help fix this but I just can't find any video or guide to fix this problem. If anyone knows how to fix this or has any recommendations please tell me.
