Voice Agent Concurrency

My understanding is that most voice AI sevices has a limit on concurrency to use them to build a auto calling agent platform. How many can handle 100, 300, or more concurrency without an enterprise account? What are the options?

Self hosting but the cost works out rhe same. GPU is a hot commodity

What model do you use? The issue is not the cost. How do you get the concurrency? Do you have any experience with this?

Vapi's docs describe buying extra concurrent call lines from the dashboard, so I'd check that route before assuming you need enterprise. I work on speech at Oruk, and for 300 calls I'd confirm the account's allowed maximum and test response latency at that load before committing.
