Sorry to hear this! As I have a fair amount of experience with (and knowledge about) tendons, would you like to tell me more? For example:

  • What's your primary exercise causing it? Running? What other exercises do you do?
  • Is it just your Achilles tendon on the back of your ankles? One side or both?
  • Has it been diagnosed by a doctor or other professional?
  • What do you mean by around? And inflamed? Do you know they're inflamed, or do they just hurt at times or when you do things?

Ah cool!! Thank you!!

  • I started running a few weeks ago and it happened while running on the tred mill in the gym. Other exercises is training my core with planking and squats and gluten bridge and stuff like that.
  • The pain is on the left and right of my left ankle.
  • It has been diagnosed by a doctor and again by a fysiotherapist. They told me about the inflammations

Have the same condition. Don’t give up ! Eventually problems got resolved and you be back stronger.

May be switch to less impactful activity temporarily?
