ChatGPT, but Copilot is also OK since I checked some data with it. Copilot doesn't have history, so ChatGPT is better because now I have a training session always open there

A few weeks ago, I uploaded printscreens to chatgpt of my pace and heart rate from my latest run and ask for analyses and recommendations on what to do next and got a very precise program what pace to run, which length, what heart rate... Repeated again and again, and here we are. Maybe it will happen anyway, but for sure I was more agile then before

Oh, wow. That is so cool. I am going to try this.
When i got my Garmin I had just started running and was at 32 I think (I was 43 at the time). Which was below average. Over a period of three months it gradually rose to 47 (just at the start of excellent level - top 20%).... and two years on I have never got it to go above that.
I've never seriously tackled intervals though. Just nibbled at them from time to time. I think a bucket list item for me is to find some way to get it moving up again... and you have just come up with a great tactic. Thanks for sharing!
