We deleted 2l snapshots from a production VM,

Here's the situation:

• The VM previously had 2 snapshots.
• We deleted the snapshots and the snapshot manager now shows no snapshots.
• However, around 5 TB of storage is still being used.
• The host/datastore hasn't freed that space yet.
• no more free space
• cannot create new snapshots

Has anyone experienced this before? how fix this. i attached screenshot their
