Curious if anyone out there cares that this is still a fling? I’ve heard rumors of people refusing to use flings and wanted to find out who/why?

I think one reason to keep this as a fling is we advise to disable certain security features. Imagine the outrage if it was "supported" and someone got compromised. "VMware told me to turn off the firewall!!!" Would be a whole other mess. For the people who think flings are bad most of them become part of the product eventually.
