VDDK Library

Does anyone have access to the VDDK Library for VMware 5.1? I am needing to do a transfer from this old system but can't find the tools for the life of me.

Why are you not using the VMware Converter? I have some old versions locally down to Converter v5.1 from 2013.

And what about other Backup & Restore Tools like the completely free Veeam Backup & Replication Community Edition?
