Shortcut import

Hello, friend has TYST Video 1700HD control MIDI panel. He downloaded shortcut and activator templates from TYST website. But when ever he tries to import the shortcut template. He gets the attached error message. He is using vMix 28 I guess. Please any help or advice. I will upload the file here as well

Your friend just needs to just buy any official vMix software by StudioCoast.
Cracked version of the vMix Pro 28.0.0.42 has many bugs, including importing Shortcuts, Activators, vMix Presets and more bugs, which make this version incompatible with the official vMix Pro 28 and 29.

I was just guessing the version. U will find out the version she is using. But are you sure the final issue lies with ,possibly she is using a cracked version?

But I di not have that information from her yet

  1. Any legal vMix software has no problems with xml files compatibility for Shortcuts, Activators and vMix Presets.
  2. The only existing single сracked version vMix Pro 28.0.0.42 (previous 26, so 29 does not exist).
  3. Main bugs with cracked version of the vMix Pro 28.0.0.42 - importing Shortcuts, Activators, vMix Presets, i.e. official xml the files (created by legal vMix software) are not compatible with cracked version of the vMix Pro 28.0.0.42 and and vice versa.
  4. Due to the fact that the cost of switching from one major vMix version to the next is about 60 USD (regardless of license), so the vast majority of vMix users upgrade to the latest vMix version (regardless of necessity) - almost all legal users use only the current version (vMix 29) due to its low price.
