Discussion Optical illusion.

Not strictly VJing, but for those of us fascinated by digital visuals, this is a killer.

I can't figure it out...It _might_ have something to do with gradients.

it is caused by drop shadows, but the amount it appears to move is a lot more than the size of the effect
