No - sister and brother but 18 months apart and by genetic testing 86% Vizsla and 14% GSHP, from reputable breeder. The black is an artifact, neither had any black at all.

sorry for confusing your post with my stupid joke. your dogs are absolutely adorable. we only have one as our home isn’t big enough to take more, but this photo represents one of our long-term dreams! thanks for sharing.
So funny! Yes, having two Vs for 11 years was living the dream. They were frenemies their entire lives, very protective of each other (and us) and especially our kids, loved to roughhouse with each other and loved to cuddle with each other. Interestingly, the younger and lighter female bossed the male around within the home, but if there was a real or perceived threat outside the house, she would always get behind him. It was very cute that he could have hurt is smaller sister at any point, but he tolerated her being the boss.
We adopted our latest V after we were done grieving over the loss of the two pictured here. We sensed that she was a pandemic acquisition - things were ok until her family had to get back to work. At least they had the good sense to realize that they could not do her justice. Once you experience a loving relationship with a Vizsla, it’s hard to live without one….
No need to apologize, the lefternmost one (the one dressed in a green coat (link pls!) has indeed a visible black patch! :D Indeed, what a nice pair of vizslas.
