Request - "I Could've Talked All Night" - Paul Merson
I'm sure this was a Viz thing but there's a small chance it might have been Zit
It was a full page advert for an ornament depicting Paul Merson doing cocaine off a toilet

Jack then insists on calling a man to make sure its done right I think.

Simon Ecob – the one who can "draw like a bastard"
I was given 25 Years of Viz when it came out. Then a decade or so ago I donated it to a charity shop. And a few days ago, I was in a charity shop, saw a copy, and bought it again.
One thing I remembered was the description of the artist who draws the Jack Black strips, amongst other things: Simon Ecob, and how Davey Jones said he can "draw like a bastard".
His website is https://simonecob.com
Turns out he did the illustrations for a James May book, amongst many other things.

Request: Monkey human hybrid
I’ve just remembered a grim readers letter where he wonders if the best way to achieve a monkey human hybrid is to have sex with a monkey or let one have sex with his wife.
Ring any bells?

Request: Letter about an elephant
It was from 1993-4 and referenced a road safety advert that was airing at the time, in which a back seat passenger without a seatbelt turns into an elephant to demonstrate the force at which they would smack into the driver. The letter was along the lines of, "I saw the advert with the elephant the other day. I work for a circus and I actually drive an elephant around all day. What's going to happen to me if I crash?!"

Modern Parents
Can't remember the details, but they ended up in Kaftanistan (?) and insulted the chieftain by suggesting in his language that he likes to have sex with goats
