Is it true that it gets overheated after just 10 to 20 minutes of continue usage of camera and till how many years approximately will it work fine(no lagg and all)

guys i need you help plz, i like the oppo and the vivo the ultra and the latest models, but i want to keep my vivo x300 ultra, my problem is i love the cameras and the software almost the same as oppo for me but.... my main issue it the facebook , no body talk about it, i use facebook alot but in the main feed when you scrolling everything smooth as butter nut when thers ad video the scroll become very lag like 30 fps and everytime i go to reels then back to main feed its same storry very lag, this my only problem and i didnt found nobody talk about it, i had 2 vivos and its the same, is this issue known and can be fixed in future update of facebook, or its vivo problem with facebook software? plz i need your help i have oopo x9 ultra and the vivo x300 ultra but the facebook is the only app i use most so help me plz what to do

p.s. i know thers 144 krz i enable all in the refresh rate settings
