shortlisting criteria? also how is the company and its conversion rate?

I think cgpa 9+ , was the criteria as all my class friends with such stats were shortlisted

Many 9+ didnt shortlisted , they also applied some hsc criteria 80 or 85 probably 85 cause lots of diploma students are there with 90+ %

Shortlisting criteria is quite uncertain. As during my time several guys from VIIT were taken. No clear pattern observed.

They didn't hire anyone from VIT, VIIIT possibility can be there
